PROBLEM STATEMENT

A tobacco company wanted to adopt new technologies and create new products to cater to its existing customers. To gather more data on its requirements, it hired a few service firms and consultants and sought their inputs. Unfortunately, the results weren’t quite what they expected. The report didn’t include many technologies, and there were no numbers to back the conclusive statements. Finally, the data didn’t have any relevant technologies from other industries that could be implemented to create valuable products for its customers.

NEXT STEPS

While reflecting on how to address its concerns, the leadership in the innovation team learned about the multiple products Relecura offered to address patent and innovation concerns.
